The Sims Book Tag

I was not tagged by anyone to do this but I've seen it floating around a little and since I love The Sims and I thought this would be perfect to do!

So join me on this fun adventure through books and the sims.

The Original Sims – The Best Author Debut

So my favorite debut would have to be this amazing book! I loved every second of it and it's one of the books that had twists and turns I didn't see coming. Simply breathtaking!

The Grim Reaper – Saddest Character Death

I Guess this might contain spoilers if you've not read this series but I'm sure by now most everyone has. So the worst character death would have to be Snape from Harry Potter. I know Snape is that guy that everyone loves or everyone hates, there is no in between. I happen to love Snape so this really made me sad.

Sims Getting Stuck – A Character that Just Got in the Way

Yoon Jae
He just needed to get out of the way so Jason and Grace could get together. Yep.

Simlish – A Book with Amazing Writing

I could add so many books/series here but I will add only two.

The Raven Cycle and Throne of Glass.

Expansion Packs – A Series Where the Books Keep On Getting Better

I love this series and it does not get enough love. So I've taken it upon myself to promote this series whenever possible. Also it does fit as this series does get better and better. It also gets deeper in the vampire/fallen angel lore and it's just wonderful.

Sim Romance – The Worst Case of Insta-Love

I could name so many couples here and insta-love drives me crazy. I'm weird and enjoy love triangles but not insta-love.

So I'm going with Twilight, it fits here so well. I mean, she looks at Edward for three seconds and she's in love with him. That's not how thew world works, she could have been in lust for him, that makes perfect sense. You just can't fall in love by just looking at someone.

Cheats – A Book That Was Entirely Unrealistic

So I could not really think of anything here as I so rarely read contemporary novels. All the ones I've read are pretty realistic except maybe Paper Princess, parts of it are pretty far fetched so yeah that book will go here.

Needs Fulfillment – A Character Who Made All the Wrong Decisions

√Čtienne St. Clair

He didn't make all the wrong choices but he made a huge wrong choice. He cheated on his girlfriend. Not cool buddy!

Error Code 12 – A Series that Started Off Great but Went Downhill from There

Hush, Hush

I love the first two books but then I don't know, it just wasn't as good to me. Still not bad but it did dive a bit.

The Sims Vortex – A Book/Series that Completely Engrossed You

Throne of Glass.

God, waiting for the next books to come out is so hard! I love this series so much. Such a strong powerful female and it's so well written and wonderful.

So like I said, since this tag has been going around for two years I believe, I won't tag anyone as I don't know who's done it and who hasn't. If you want to do it though, consider yourself tagged by me and have at it!

(Pride) Book Review - Sagittarius Saves Libra

True love is on the horizon, Sagittarius. It’s a good time to step out of your routine and into the unknown. Jason Lyall wants someone to come home to, someone he can be his most ridiculous self with. Someone who loves him regardless. But no matter how hard he tries, he can never quite make that connection, and now his last girlfriend has moved on—she’s engaged. So when his identical twin begs him to swap lives for a few weeks, Jason can see the appeal. Suddenly he’s living another life in a tiny Australian town, contending with weird, wild, and wonderful things the likes of which he’s never encountered before. Like spiders. Like snakes. Like his new neighbour, Sergeant Owen Stirling, who is all kinds of . . . suspicious. Prepare to be caught in a merry mix-up, Libra. It’s a dance of side-stepping and seduction. Book Breakdown I did not know this was coming! When I woke up on June 1st and saw an email from Amazon saying the author dropped a new book in this series... I lost it! I hones

Bad Blood: Secrets and Lies in a Silicon Valley Startup - Review

The full inside story of the breathtaking rise and shocking collapse of a multibillion-dollar startup, by the prize-winning journalist who first broke the story and pursued it to the end in the face of pressure and threats from the CEO and her lawyers. In 2014, Theranos founder and CEO Elizabeth Holmes was widely seen as the female Steve Jobs: a brilliant Stanford dropout whose startup "unicorn" promised to revolutionize the medical industry with a machine that would make blood tests significantly faster and easier. Backed by investors such as Larry Ellison and Tim Draper, Theranos sold shares in a fundraising round that valued the company at $9 billion, putting Holmes's worth at an estimated $4.7 billion. There was just one problem: The technology didn't work. For years, Holmes had been misleading investors, FDA officials, and her own employees. When Carreyrou, working at The Wall Street Journal, got a tip from a former Theranos employee and started asking questions,

Short Update + The Stand-In Book Review

I've been lurking around your blogs for a few hours today and trying to catch up but I doubt I will. I've just missed so much! Sorry!  Today, I'm feeling a little bit better so I thought I would update you guys, since I've not blogged any in two weeks. The posts you've seen since then are just ones that I had scheduled for a while. I'm on the hunt for an anxiety medicine and had a really bad reaction to one my doctor put me on. I'm currently on steroids for a week to help that reaction.  Also, my grandma passed away recently and I've been trying to deal with that and help my family. They are really having it rough right now and it's been killing me trying to help them.  Then there's stuff with my kiddo. So yeah, I've been gone for a bit and dealing with things. I'm really hoping to get straightened out and get back to normal because this has been a sucky time.  Onto something bookish! I did manage to finish a book before everything kinda
