Book Breakdown

This title is one in a series of standalone novels from what I understand, so I didn't feel confused at all when the other characters came in. Everything is explained so that I fell pretty much right into the grove and the story got me hooked. I didn't expect the ending and Lucy is such a firecracker I swear. The romance is good but it didn't get in the way of the plot, most Harlequin books are romance first and plot second but not this one. Lucy and Oliver are very flushed out and well rounded. All in all, a quick but fun read.

Thanks to NetGalley for this title in exchange for an honest review.
