50/50 Friday - Best/Worst Magical Power You've Read About

50/50 Friday is hosted here on this blog and over at Blue Eye Books.

What is 50/50 Friday?
Everyone has a favorite and then we also have something we dislike. Like a coin, there are two sides to every question. Example: best sequel you've read/worst sequel you've read. So that's what 50/50 Friday is all about. We will have a new topic every Friday (something bookish of course!). If you have have ideas for this meme don't be scared to let us know!

  3. The fireworks power is quite odd... What is that from?! And I still need to read the Darkling... I've tried to read the first book a couple of times but never get into it :(

    1. X-Men, the character of Jubilee is where the fireworks power came from. I enjoyed the first book way more than the rest of thee series, the ending was terrible to me, so I don't think you're really missing anything!

  4. At least one could make a living from the fireworks shooting thing, maybe doing weddings or birthday party displays?!

    1. OMG, I didn't even think of that! Yes! One could make lots of money just from fourth of July parties in the US alone, then add birthdays, weddings, new years, and one could be freaking rich! Now I want the power...

  5. Wait wait, there's a power that lets you shoot fireworks from your hands? I'm going to echo what Stephanie said... seems like a useful thing to have for like 0.02% of your life.
