Favorite/Least Favorite Orange Book Cover - 50/50 Friday

What is 50/50 Friday?
Everyone has a favorite and then we also have something we dislike. Like a coin, there are two sides to every question. Example: best sequel you've read/worst sequel you've read. So that's what 50/50 Friday is all about. I'll have a new topic every Friday. If you have have ideas for this meme don't be scared to let me know!

Favorite/Least Favorite Orange Book Cover

It's that time of the year! The most wonderful time of the year! Spooky time! So I thought orange would be a good choice. Let's see what orange cover I love and which I don't.

Least Favorite
I mean... it's got a bug on it. I don't like bugs. Plus it's just very boring. A bright orange that kind of hurts my eyes with an ant on the cover. Not very intriguing.

I just love the covers for the Throne of Glass series. Even though this is my least favorite in the series (that I've read) the cover is still awesome!

  1. I forgot that CoM had an Orange cover. I was just looking at the spines on my book shelf trying to find orange covers.

    1. Same lol. Turns out I don't have a lot of orange covers but I did just sell a whole book shelf of books so maybe there was more orange in there...

  2. Great pick! I'd say that would be my second favorite orange cover. :)

  3. I totally agree with your picks! I love all the Throne of Glass covers, especially since they're on my shelves, so GORG!

  4. Orange is not a favorite color of mine and as a book cover color does not attract me. But I went to my bookshelves and found quite a few orange covers and almost all of them were books I liked! Surprise to me. Out of those my favorite orange cover is the paperback edition of The Great Fire by Shirley Hazzard, my least is the hardcover of In the Kitchen by Monica Ali, a book that got limp reviews but that I loved. I agree with your choices.

    1. Nor is it mine, which makes no sense because I chose this topic lol. I looked up The Great Fire and it's a stunning cover! I understand why you like it!

  5. I don't like bug covers either!
My book of the month at the moment has an orange cover - We Need New Stories by Nesrine Malik - and it's all text which is quite distinctive

    1. Yay! A fellow bug cover hater!
That's really cool that it's all text!
