50/50 Friday - Favorite/Least Favorite Thing About Blogging

What is 50/50 Friday?
Everyone has a favorite and then we have something we dislike. Like a coin, there are two sides to every question. Example: best sequel you've read/worst sequel you've read. So that's what 50/50 Friday is all about. I'll have a new topic every Friday. If you have have ideas for this meme don't be scared to let me know!

Topic for the Week
Favorite/Least Favorite Thing About Blogging

When I came up with this idea I had no idea it would be such perfect timing, but here we are.

So I love blogging, I wouldn't keep doing it if I didn't enjoy it. But some parts can be annoying if you're not in the mood to do them. Now, this changes with time. I used to love writing reviews, I'd write them all out on paper first because my mind works better on paper and then type them up, they'd be concise, longer, and more detailed.

Right now I tend to be going through a point where I don't want to write reviews and you can probably tell because my reviews aren't as good as they used to be. I don't want to write reviews! I want to grab the next book and go to town! Hopefully, this will change soon and I can go back to enjoying writing reviews.

Now my favorite thing has stayed the same since I started my blog... interacting with you! I love connecting with other readers and seeing what you're reading and picking up on books that I'd not otherwise heard of. It's just the best! So I doubt that will ever stop being my favorite part of blogging.

So I guess that's it for today. Have a great weekend and happy reading!

The Topic for Next Week
Best/Worst Bookish Vampire Mythology
I'm a sucker for vampires (get it? Sucker... bloodsucker... Okay I'll stop), and have read so many books with their own vampire mythology. If you read YA around the time of Twilight then you did too! I want to know your favorite and least favorite vampire mythos! Write your posts and link up next week!

(Pride) Book Review - Sagittarius Saves Libra

True love is on the horizon, Sagittarius. It’s a good time to step out of your routine and into the unknown. Jason Lyall wants someone to come home to, someone he can be his most ridiculous self with. Someone who loves him regardless. But no matter how hard he tries, he can never quite make that connection, and now his last girlfriend has moved on—she’s engaged. So when his identical twin begs him to swap lives for a few weeks, Jason can see the appeal. Suddenly he’s living another life in a tiny Australian town, contending with weird, wild, and wonderful things the likes of which he’s never encountered before. Like spiders. Like snakes. Like his new neighbour, Sergeant Owen Stirling, who is all kinds of . . . suspicious. Prepare to be caught in a merry mix-up, Libra. It’s a dance of side-stepping and seduction. Book Breakdown I did not know this was coming! When I woke up on June 1st and saw an email from Amazon saying the author dropped a new book in this series... I lost it! I hones

Music Monday - Recent Plays

This fun meme is hosted over at Always Me   I listened to a lot of music over this past week because I've been on fall break. It's been pretty good minus all the tornadoes and bad weather, but today the high was only around 70! That's amazing for this part of Oklahoma.  The music I've been vibing to is darker sounding songs since it's so close to Halloween! This year my partner and I are gonna crave pumpkins that always and then I'm gonna go with a friend on a train ride. She said she's done it before and it's fun. I'm hoping she'd right!  But for now, to the songs! Sooooooo what did you think? Let me know below and have a great week! Stay safe, wear a mask, and happy reading!
