Top Ten Tuesday - Top Ten Manga

This is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish . So for this week I'm going to give you my top ten favorite manga series ever. It was hard to narrow it down and these aren't in any real order as that would be too hard.  10) Bleach 9) Dengeki Daisy  8) Sailor Moon 7) Black Bird 6) Tokyo Ghoul  5) Attack on Titan  4) Death Note 3) Backstage Prince 2) Boys Over Flowers 1) Vampire Knight

Music Monday - All Time Low

This is a weekly meme hosted by Always Me . So the songs I've chosen for this week are songs that I love from one of my favorite bands. These are just two of my favorites as I have a bunch of them.

Shadowhunter Sunday

So I'm a little behind because work was intense for a while but now the hard part is over and I can focus on my blog more again. Yay! That makes me very happy, I have so many ideas and sure for my blog but never any time to do them. Now I can! So let's talk about Episode 3 shall we? I was so glad that the scenes were longer! I did not like how short they were the last episode. It just felt like the creators had no idea what they were doing.  I say this every single time but I feel so bad for Simon! Everyone is so mean to him and I just want to hug him and tell him it's going to be okay.  I like the flow of this episode so much better. I felt emotion with the characters this time. Magnus was my favorite this episode because he was fucking awesome!  Magnus when he was alone with Alec and how he kissed him.... that would have been so cute if not for the heavy handed foreshadowing... yeah that scene. I like the flashback scenes, I think they are so cute and I love how Flashback

Only, as soon as they arrive, Tella is kidnapped by Caraval’s mastermind organizer, Legend. It turns out that this season’s Caraval revolves around Tella, and w

50/50 Friday - Spine Design

This meme is hosted by myself and the ever so helpful Laura @Blue Eye Books . What is 50/50 Friday?  Everyone has a favorite and then we also have something we dislike. Like a coin, there are two sides to every question. Example: best sequel you've read/worst sequel you've read. Topic of the Week Favorite/Least Favorite Spine Design So my favorite would have to be TMI, they just look so cool! I love the picture they make and I wish more books would follow this! Least favorite would have to be these... I've never liked them. I remember when my little sister read them, and I loved the colors but I did not like the design. Sorry if this is your favorite spine design. Topic for Next Week Best/Worst Book Read in January

Top Ten Tuesday - Top Ten Fictional Crushes

This is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish . So it's been a while since I stated my fictional crushes and I've read some new books since then and added some new crushes. Not all of these will be book characters though. So here is a list of my current fictional crushes. 10) Alice   She's into darker things and seems like she'd be out for awesome adventures. Also she's pretty hot.  9) Allison Sekemoto She is so badass and and yet still caring. I have totally fallen for her. She's got to be one of my top girl crushes big time! 8) Magnus Bane  He can pull off makeup better than I can and would for sure be the good looking one in the relationship but he'd just be so much fun to travel with and I'm sure that he's a great kisser too.  7) Lexa  Okay I know she started out as a bitch and I hated her but she got better. I really started to fall for her. 6) Leon (Resident Evil) This is a video game character and I have probably loved him longer t

50/50 Friday - Character Most/Least Likely to Run in Sleet

This meme is hosted by myself and the ever so helpful Laura @Blue Eye Books. What is 50/50 Friday?  Everyone has a favorite and then we also have something we dislike. Like a coin, there are two sides to every question. Example: best sequel you've read/worst sequel you've read. Topic for this Week Character most/least likely to go running in sleet So this is one I had to actually think about. I had a few good choices but I decided to narrow it down to only two. So let's start with the one I think would never run in sleet. Never Mimi Force (Blue Bloods) She'd be too worried with how she looked and who would see her looking like that. She's all about pampering and I doubt running in sleet sounds like a good idea to her. Most Likely Daemon Black  He's crazy (in a good way) and has a temper and he likes to run a lot. So I don't think any kind of weather would slow him down at all. He'd totally go running in sleet. He'd look damn good doing it too.  Next

Shadowhunters (S2) Episode 2 - Review

It's that time again! Time to bang my head into a wall while one of the best series around gets ripped to pieces. I swear, sometimes this show makes me really love the movie. How did this even get picked up for another season? Someone, PLEASE, explain this to me! I can't wait for the new show runners to get in there. I hope they fix this. Now before we go on, I do want to say that there is some great things in this episode. I love the moments between the characters. There was some really great stuff. I just wish I had gotten more. My biggest complaint with this episode is that every scene is so damn short. It felt like the longest scene was maybe 3-4 minutes. I don't know how long they actually were but if you watch, I know you'll know what I mean. So we get more weird memory ruin crap. Do these writers or whatever just make up things as they go along for plot? I'm really curious about that. I do hate the way that everyone is mean to Simon, it was the same last epis
